Before your web store officially goes “online”, there are few things you need to configure in your control panel. Starters can refer to the step of guidelines shown below :-

Step 1 – Login your Store Control Panel

A. First Time Login

  1. Right after you click on the submit button, you will be redirected to your web store and installation of your web store will start immediately. It will only take a few seconds to complete the installation.
  2. You will be auto sign in to your web store’s control panel.

 

B. Return Login

    1. Your Store Control Panel URL will be : https://{yourstoreid}.igniter.store/uc_admin
    2. Enter your username (registered email) and password submitted during registration.
    3. If you forgot your password, you can always find your password in our Welcome Email (you will be receiving this email after registration), OR you may click on the forgot password on the login page to reset your password.

 

Step 2 – Configure your Store Information
Access:  Settings > Business Info

  1. Store Detail > Edit Store Name, Page Title & Meta Tag Description (optional)
  2. Contact Information >  Edit all required contact information with *
  3. Manage Shipping > The default shipping methods are already set and advised not to revise.
  4. Standards & Formats > Length Class & Weight Class are advised not to revise
  5. Click Save  button on top right and Clear Cache on bottom left

 

Step 3 – Manage your Site Content
We have input the basic guidelines of content for you to let your customers know how your business works. Those contents are advised to change according to your business nature.
Access: Webstore > Pages

You can edit on our article templates:

  • About Us
  • FAQ
  • Privacy Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy

Step 4 – You may select dropship products to sell or upload your own products to your webstore

Step 5 – Your site is ready to go “ONLINE”
